Our day to day operating area is Greater Norwich that includes Norwich City, the Parishes of Thorpe, Sprowston, Hellesdon, Taverham, Costessey, Cringleford, Eaton and Trowse.
Once you are a member of the service and registered on the system (register now) with any special needs you might have, all you need to do is telephone us.
We take bookings as follows:
* For social trips - Up to 2 days prior to your planned journey.
* For the doctor, dentist or other health and therapy appointments - Up to 7 days prior to your planned journey.
The telephone number to book is 01603 776735 and the line is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 3pm.
At weekends we sometimes undertake group bookings, subject to driver team availability. We also try to extend our services to meet the need of disabled groups/organisations across Norfolk.
Risk Assessments
Health and safety dictates that we are aware of all potential risks – so before we accept any new passengers to the service we make an appointment to come and see you for example : we need to know about the access to your property – are there stairs – do you use a wheelchair and what type and model it is - do you have a bus pass and where you want to go.
